Baja team paid us a visit on Saturday and brought 12 players.  We had a great practice tournament that started at 9am til 12pm.  Our club players were Koji, Kim, Simnuk, Behnam, Li, Alvin, Rubin, Cardenas, Lina and Dave. Baja team should be back in 2 weeks for another practice tournament. If you are interested in playing, please contact me to reserve your place. Spring League starts next month. Last Saturday, at Ping Pong Fit (in Tijuana), there was an open table tennis tournament. Over  twenty players participated from Tijuana, Rosarito and Ensenada and San Diego.  Four members of  San Diego Balboa Table Tennis club played in this tournament: David Flores, Behnam Kazemi, Ruben and Jonathan Mejia.  It was a well organized and well run tournament.  First place went to our David Flores, 2nd place to Rene Dominguez (Ensenada), and 3rd place Behnam.
