1: Financial statement was provided and everything are up to date and correct. 

2: Monday night classes are canceled for now.

3: No new update with broken table yet. Patricia is looking into it and will let us know.

4: Election is coming up soon. We are looking for 3 new board members. If you are interested, Talk to Jackson and let him know.

5: No new updates with 

 the lights for our pong pong club yet. 

6: seniors tournament will beheld on Sunday 09/27 . 20 participate needed for this tournament and so far we only have 15 interested players.

7: Member apprication tournament will be on month of 10/2026
