Meeting started at 7.19 P.M. presents were: Pj, Darin and Patricia. On the phone : Ahmad and sunil. Absents were : Behnam and Ruben. 

1: Financial statement was provided and everything was correct and up to date.

2: No new update on broken table.

3: We are suggesting to buy 5 more new tables .

4:Scrimmage tournament we be held at Socal Club on 08/15 at 1.30 P.M.

5: Board members have agreed and voted yes to let Darin to gain access to mailing list and to get access to the SDTTA website. 

6: senior tournament will be held on Sunday September 27th.

7: 5 board members voted yes to 20 minutes threshold for players to show up for the Thursday and Sunday tournament. Any players who are late more than 20 minutes are not allowed to play the tournament. 

8: Some donations was received in terms of brackets for the tables. 

9: 5 board members voted yes to get LED lights for the club. And also Mr Lee has agreed to pitching $1000 if we get LED lights.  90 to 100 LED lights are needed .

Also 5 board members votes yes to have Mr Lee get involved with the lights in the club
