Meeting started at 7.02 p.m.

1:presents were : Pj. Ahmad. Behnam.patria , Darin and Ruben.  On phone we had Ahmed and absent was sunil.

2:New decision made in regards to safety of the club.

3: we plan to have equipment committee to oversees the nets and barriers and report the damaged ones.

4: we made decision on whom ever is palying table tennis after 6 pm. , must fold and put table back in the storage room.

5: we made decisions to promote more younger players to join our club by advertising in schools and colleges. 

6: Financial statement was provided by Ruben. Income and expenses was reviewed and everything was correct and balanced.

7: we have a plan to buy 5 more new tables.
