As a result of the recent California rains, our club has been called upon to support those families in need affected by the floods. Because of this, SDTTA has been closed, and no table tennis has been permitted since early February. In light of this interuption of activities, our Board of Directors has considered that it would be fair to our members to compensate them for the playing time lost. To that effect, we are recommending reducing the membership dues for the next year (2025) by prorating a reduction on the amount of months that the club has been closed. At this point we do not know exactly when the club will re-open but in the event that we lose 3 months of play (Feb,March and April), then we proposeto reduce the 2025 dues by %25 (3/12) months ), to all members that paid the full amount of dues in January 2024.Should we open our doors before or after April, we will pro-rate accordingly.
