Alternate Locations

Last Updated: November 19th, 2022

With many upcoming closures, the SDTTA would like to suggest alternate places for our members to play in various parts of San Diego. Check this page often for updates. If there’s a place you know of that isn’t on this list: post the 1) name of the location, 2) the address and 3) the daily hours as a comment. The webmaster will then add it to this list for easy reading.

    @John Schechter
    Hi John:

    I personally don’t know of anything near Fallbrook, Bonsall. There are several excellent players in Vista. One of them being Tom Alt (760) 598-7027. He has a table at his house. You might want to give him a call.

    @Lig

    I have a table at my home in Rancho Santa Fe. I’m currently a 910 and would be up for hosting from time to time. djptheman@gmail.com

    Adams Avenue Rec Center has one table. My boyfriend and I have been playing there quite frequently lately. Helps to bring your own gear. The center is open noon – 8pm weekdays, but is mostly an after-school facility, so best for people like us who work nights and can play noon-2pm, before the kids get off of school. Mark is the attendant and loves to play, so it’s nice to take a partner and rotate him into the action.

    Hi Pete:
    I think there are some tables at the RB Rec center.
    You can drive down to our club anytime and get a pick-up game. Just challenge a table with players around your level.
    Or drop me a line before driving down and I’ll be there to play you.

    Hi, I live in Rancho Bernardo area. I looked at some of alternate locations and I think the one on mira mesa is the closest one to me.
    Is there any location, which I might not be aware of in Rancho Bernardo Area?
    I enjoy playing table tennis and I want to improve my skills.
    Please let me know, if there is any location.
