GET INVOLVED WITH YOUR CLUB!
Members interested in becoming an election candidate for our club should contact an Election Committee member: Phil Van De Wiele, John Tentor, or Suresh Kanekar prior to November 22, 2013 (Email: board@sdtta.org).
General Information:
Candidates must have been an SDTTA member for at least one previous year.
Candidates agree to attend the monthly board meeting.
Term of office is for two years.
Four of the seven Board positions are up for election.
Board positions are determined by majority vote of the elected members; Chairman, Secretary, Executive Director, Treasurer, Vice Chairman, Public Relations, and Member Relations.
Must be an Adult member to vote in the election.
- Daily memberships do not qualify for voting.

At 7 pm we’ll count the votes and announce the winners.
Playing Someone New

Try to put yourself in our new guest’s shoes. You come to play but you don’t know anyone. So let’s try to welcome newcomers when you see them even if you’re not a board member. Offer to play some with them even though they may not be at your level. It will make our club stronger and more user friendly.
