1-End of year 2024 SDTTA Financial Summary by Ruben,
Last Year’s Financial Audit was conducted independently by Salam and no deviations were identified. All expenses, deposits and bank transactions fully matched with the current SDTTA activities. No deviations were identified
The CD, approved and renewed by the Board, with Chase as well.

2- The Annual Picnic on
2,8,2025, will be organized by Dennis.
He will pick up pizza and drinks. We will start at 12 and end by 1pm
The Board would like to extend an invitation to all members and their families, should they wish to attend.

3- Behnam and George have signed up 140 members and updated their status in the first 14 days of January.

4- In January, please note that there will be no Monday Night Group Training Class as Javid will be out of the country visiting his family. Meanwhile, Behnam has asked International coach called Zaman to conduct group training. He gracefully has agreed to help with our intermediate and advanced players. Coaching date is January 27th 5-7pm.

5- Javid mentioned that, with regard to the Multibal Robot used in the Monday Night Group Training Class, the Board is more than welcome to utilize or store it in our storage room,
Actually make it easier for him instead of carrying it every single Mondays.
Although it was noted that the storage room lacked sufficient space for additional items during the last inspection.

DISCUSSION & DECISION

6- The San Diego Open is scheduled for May 24th and 25th .Following the success of the last tournament, the Board has decided to continue working with the same Tournament Director. The response was affirmative, with 7 votes in favor.

7- Broken Barriers & Nets Replacement.

8- Putting away the tables, barriers, and enforcement by board members, with warnings issued to those who ignore the rules by the end of the day on weekdays and weekends.
The front desk has informed the board that this issue predominantly occurs on Sundays and Fridays.
Failure to do so, could result in a loss of hours for the club.

9- Javid needs practice Balls for Monday Night Classes.
Yes-7 No-0

10- Big Dolly at the end of the gym needs replacement to facilitate barrier placement and minimize damage. Javid mentioned that big Dolly is not safe and most barriers are broken due to this,Proposed dolly by Javid does not satisfy our requirements. we need to look for a dolly that has side rails.

11- Javid proposed to facilitate online payments for our members without incurring charges, we can set up Zelle using an additional phone line or email address linked to the SDTTA Board account.
Board decided, When Ruben comes back, he will check further into alternative payment method like Zelle,

12- George as Public Relation Director , will be in charge of Facebook/Instagram for our club. Board members can offer insight/ideas to improve the page.

13- Javid proposed would like permission to contact Miramar College Facility to schedule dates for the 2nd SDTTA CLUB, as an alternative to Balboa in case of closures or for easier access for North County area members and prospective members.
Behnam mentioned, exposes our club to more liability/ insurance and need for supervision and Motion denied.

14- Ahmed proposed to stop using the clubs money to earn interest in a CD from Chase Bank.
