Meeting started at 7.10 P.M.

1:Presents were: PJ, Ruben, Patricia, 

behnam,sunil and Darin. On phone we had Ahmed.

2: Financial statements were provided by Ruben and everything was correct and up to date.

3: we have sold 9 tables so far and we have 32 tables left. We also plan to sell 10 more old tables that we have and replace them with new tables.

4:Darin will arrange for the pickup of sold tables.

5: Ahmed will create flyers to sell 10 tables

6: Sunil will create flyers for san diego open tournament. 

7: Ruben will bring list of activities for the next board meeting for san diego open tournament. 

8: tournament for this Sunday March 15th, will start at 10.00 A.M. and club will close early at 1.00 p.m
